What does this warranty cover?

The short answer:
 
If it's repairable, we will repair it!

Details:

Our warranty covers manufacturer defects as well as disconnected chains and custom name jewelry such as name plates, name rings, name earrings, name bracelets, name anklets and name pendants. We also will repair diamonds that have come loose, free of charge, when the loose diamond is sent back with the item.

We will also replace diamonds that are lost, but this is at your own cost. This warranty only applies to broken items due to regular wear which will be determined upon receipt of the item, and expressly excludes coverage of physical abuse and excessive wear and tear, loss and theft. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to send us the item, and we will ship it back to you free of charge.

You must have an original copy of the receipt or invoice or this warranty will not apply.

The extended warranty starting at 6 months covers:

1. Manufacturer Defects 2. Disconnected chains
3. Loose stones with returned stones
4. Broken name plates and other personalized jewelry due to normal wear and tear.

The warranty does not cover:
1. Scratched jewelry
2. Polishing
3. Cleaning
4. Missing (lost) stones
5. Missing/Lost Jewelry
6. Broken chains due to abuse

We also sell professional polishing cloths which will restore your jewelry to its original shine and luster!
- Our 3 month free warranty covers manufacturer defects only.

- There are no refunds on extended warranty services.

- Warranty service terms are in effect starting from the purchase date.

- All repairs will take from 7 to 10 days upon receipt of the item.

This extended warranty service also covers all items of JewelryByNet for defects in manufacturing, and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and / or physical / accidental abuse, loss and theft. Any improper repair or warranty service that was performed by anyone other than JewelryByNet will void this warranty.

JEWELRYBYNET DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF THIS ITEM, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
