CHARMS
Each charm is manufactured through die struck brass to get the perfect image. The image is then filled in with hard enamel colors. The charm is either gold or nickel-plated to match the color combination of each image. Finally, it is attached to a 316L surgical steel gem curve, either plain or gold-plated depending on the color of the charm.
GEMS
Each design is made with base metal and rhodium plate. This ensures that the jewelry will not tarnish as easily as jewelry that is made with sterling silver. We then use Swarovski crystals to add bling to the style. These designs are attached to a 316L surgical steel curve.
LOGOS NFL NAVELS
Each charm is manufactured through die struck brass to get the perfect image. The image is then filled in with hard enamel colors. These logos are attached to a 316L surgical steel curved barbell using a pressure machine with 60,000 PSI (pounds per square inch). Some styles are silk-screened logos instead of die struck brass logos in order to meet our customers' demands for a more affordable NFL curve. This process is described below.
MLB NAVELS, NFL & MLB BARBELLS
Each logo is silk-screened. Then, a clear acrylic finish is applied over it in order to protect the logo. These logos are attached to a 316L surgical steel curved barbell using a pressure machine with 60,000 PSI (pounds per square inch). All barbells have internally threaded balls meaning that the end of the barbells are threaded and screw into the threaded hole on the ball.
