This Item does NOT qualify for Returns Or Refunds and all sales are final.

These items are designed and hand made to order. Allow at least 2 weeks for these items to be created before they are shipped out in your choice of shipping.

If Expedited Shipping is available for this item, selecting this option will cut the production time to 1 business week (5 days) before item is shipped out in your choice of shipping.

The dimensions listed here are for the actual personalized jewelry shown above. Dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly depending on actual letter or number.

Acrylic Plastic Custom items are made of Acrylic Plastic and are NOT covered against breakage, scratches, bending, etc. by any warranty or guarantee. Handle With Care.

Custom items described as Silver or Gold are made of the finest 925 Sterling Silver or solid 10K or 14K Gold and real genuine conflict free diamonds depending on your choice of metal type and stone option.

Products described as Gold Bathed, Gold Plated & Platinum Plated are made of a base metal and plated with a precious metal.

Free Chains - As a courtesy we include a free chain for any custom item that is listed as coming with a free chain included making your item ready to wear when you receive it. If your item qualifies for the Free Chain option, the free chain that will be included with your item will be based on inventory at hand and may or may not be made of precious metals and the style of chain may vary at our discretion. You are receiving the chain for free at no cost to you and the chains can always be upgraded and changed at a later date.

All merchandise is guaranteed from defects of manufacturing & craftsmanship.

Custom made items are inspected by our quality assurance department before shipping to ensure the quality of the piece.

Custom items must be paid in full before item is placed into production. If paying by credit card your card will be charged immediately. If paying by PayPal or Google Checkout you must complete your payment before the item is placed into production. If paying by ECheck/Check/Money Order the item will be placed into production after payment is received and the funds have cleared. If paying by Bank Wire Transfer the item will be placed into production after payment is received.

Cancellations must be received on the SAME business day of your order.

Once the item is in production, no changes can be made.
