Unless specifically listed in a unique product description, all jewelry items sold on JewelryByNet DO NOT come with a jewelry box and are shipped in a bubble wrapped plastic zip lock envelope. In order to keep our prices the lowest in the industry, jewelry boxes are sold
separately as an option. We know that some customers purchase items for themselves and do not want to pay for the additional expense of a box they will never use, but some customers are purchasing an item to give as a gift. If you need a jewelry box for an item, that option will be displayed in your cart.

At this time JewelryByNet does not offer engraving services. This will change in the near future, as we are in the middle of implementing this feature, So at this time if you purchase an engraveable item you will need to have it engraved locally.
Ring sizes too small? While we cannot accept returns for custom items we will
gladly resize your Lauren Conrad 2 finger name ring for you free of charge including return shipping as long as the ring has not be modified by any outside party including a jeweler.
Note - this is a ONE time courtesy and must be submitted within 7 days of ring
delivery. Submissions after the 7 days will be charged $40. per individual ring sizing for a total of $80. including free return shipping. You will be responsible for the shipping cost back to us as it is not covered
under our free resizing policy. Please include the ring sizes you want the ring
