Has my order shipped? - When will my order arrive?

As displayed on every product display pages throughout the JewelryByNet website -

Availability: Usually Ships in 3 to 5 Days - That means your order will usually ship out of our fulfillment center in New York in about 3 to 5 days.

Personalized Custom Name Jewelry - Personalized / Customized orders take about 2 business weeks to create before they ship out. Please note that these items are custom made and all sales are final. Cancellations on custom items must be made by 5 PM EST the same business day the order was placed.
 
Upon placing your order with JewelryByNet we begin by processing your order. Processing your order involves credit card verification and preparing your order to the point of shipping out.

JewelryByNet.com makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. The order processing time on In-stock items are generally shipped out within 3 to 5 business days only to those orders that products are in our warehouse only. We get shipments from our factories on a daily basis, therefore your shipment may be delayed by an additional one to five business days if your item is not in our warehouse when you place your order. If a product is not on a scheduled production run and we run out of available inventory in our fulfillment center, you will be notified by email that your item is backordered and may take up to two weeks until we get a shipment from the factory.

Please note orders made after 1:00 PM (Eastern Time) will be entered the next day. Our offices are closed during the weekend. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday. If there is a problem with your order you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you about the situation.

All orders placed after 12:00PM EST will be treated as the next business day's order. We do not process orders during weekends; all orders that are placed between 12:00pm EST on Friday and 12:00pm EST on Monday will be treated as Monday's orders.
 
In order for us to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend that our customers use the same address for both shipping and billing. Otherwise, your order will be delayed for further verification.
 
Please note that shipping methods DO NOT ship to a P.O. Box, so do not use a P.O. Box as a shipping address. If your billing is a P.O. Box, Please provide us a Physical Address for shipping.

How will my order ship out?

Your order will be shipped out exactly the way you choose during the checkout process. If you choose overnight your order will ship out overnight, if you choose 2nd day your order will take 2 days to get to its destination, if you choose standard shipping your order will be shipped out the least expensive way which is also the slowest method and may take up to a week to get to its destination depending where you live. All orders ship out of New York City. If your order qualifies for free insured shipping, we pay for the shipping and insurance but your order will be shipped out the least expensive method which is not the fastest method. If you want to receive your order faster, then you should choose a faster shipping method.

JewelryByNet.com will NOT charge any customer with Hidden fees on their order. All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed to you after you have entered your shipping information and selected correct shipping method. If the shipping fee did NOT display, please review your information again or contact us after you have placed your order completely.

You will not be billed until your order is shipped. Custom personalized orders will be charged the same day order is placed. Custom orders and replica jewelry are not returnable and are a final sale.

Does my jewelry come in a gift box or jewelry box?

Unless specifically listed in a unique product description, all jewelry items sold on JewelryByNet DO NOT come with a jewelry box and are shipped in a bubble wrapped plastic zip lock envelope. In order to keep our prices the lowest in the industry, jewelry boxes are sold separately as an option. We know that some customers purchase items for themselves and do not want to pay for the additional expense of a box they will never use, but some customers are purchasing an item to give as a gift. If you need a jewelry box for an item, that option will be displayed in your cart.

Can I get my ID bracelet or engraveable jewelry engraved by JewelryByNet?

At this time JewelryByNet does not offer engraving services. This will change in the near future, as we are in the middle of implementing this feature, So at this time if you purchase an engraveable item you will need to have it engraved locally.

Can I pay by Check or Money Order?

YES. You can pay by either check or money order. Just complete your order in the shopping cart and when prompted for payment method select either check or money order. Checks & Money Orders must be received within 7 days of order placement or your order will be automatically cancelled. Your order will ship out once the funds clear. Orders paid by Money Order or Certified Check will ship out immediately. Orders paid by personal checks will be held for up to 30 days after receipt of check before the order is shipped. Payment instructions and mailing address will be displayed with your order confirmation.

Do you accept International Orders?

Yes we accept international orders. International orders are handled by our Customer Service department and not through the website.

International orders must be paid in US Dollars. Flat fee shipping is $29.00 USD
