In the event that a JewelryByNET.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, JewelryByNET.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. JewelryByNET.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, JewelryByNET.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

JewelryByNET.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at JewelryByNET's discretion.

JewelryByNET.com is not responsible for any Typographical Error through out the website. If you notice an error, please email customer service and we will correct it.

Custom personalized items are custom made to the customers specifications and personalization - therefore any custom personalized item ordered is not returnable, not refundable, not exchangeable and a final sale. If there is a manufacturing error such as different color or spelling error JewelryByNET will either repair the item or remake the item. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once placed and in production. You must agree to this policy or the order will be cancelled prior to manufacturing.

By completing a return authorization form and returning an item for refund you agree to the JewelryByNET return policy and restocking fees.

On the JewelryByNET Web site, we display the dimensions of our products based on the information received from our manufacturers. For any convex or rounded jewelry item, the width and length stated in the product description is taken by the manufacturer, prior to the rounding of the metal in the manufacturing process, which may lead to a discrepancy in any measurements taken after this process.

Also, for each item containing multiple diamonds, we list the average grade and measurement for color, clarity, and carat weight. These averages are calculated by adding all grades or measurements that comprise the inventory with regard to that particular piece of merchandise, and determining the closest mean.

At JewelryByNET, we only purchase our diamonds through respected, well-established, legal channels. In fact our diamond supplier is one of only a couple of USA Certified SightHolder Diamond Suppliers and is the most respected in the jewelry industry.

In April 2003, President Bush passed a bill adopting the Kimberly Process that requires all US diamond retailers to buy diamonds from manufacturers who have documentation warranting that the merchandise was obtained through legitimate channels. Today, the US Customs Service is actively enforcing the Kimberly Process requirements as diamonds enter American ports.

JewelryByNET supports the Kimberly Process. Each diamond cutter we work with obtains diamonds exclusively from legitimate sources, and they comply completely with the Kimberly Process requirements. At JewelryByNET, we will continue to support and promote any process that works to uphold legitimacy in the diamond trade.

Alternate shipping addresses

If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card. We will check prior to shipping and will ask for addition verification.

Sales Tax

Currently, sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to all addresses in the state of New York.

Sales and price reductions

At JewelryByNET, we always offer the best value by providing the lowest possible price. All our prices are final.

Comparison Purchasing

To keep our prices low, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of buying several of the same item, keeping the one you like best, and then returning the remainder. This causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and can be very costly. Please note - we will not tolerate this, and we will NOT accept the return, nor issue an RMA or a refund.

Legal Notices

Under no circumstances shall JewelryByNET be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
