Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to make sure you're happy with your purchase. That's why you can be sure you bought from the right place.
Eligible Items may be returned within 30 days of the date of
shipment but you must request an RMA within 7 days of
shipment.

You can return any eligible
item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a
refund or an exchange. It's that simple.
Certain products are NOT eligible for return and are a final sale and non returnable. Clearance items and Open Box items are not eligible for return. These non-returnable products have the no return information displayed clearly and in plain sight in the product description. Please read the unique product description, technical details including size specifications, individual return policy disclaimers and delivery schedule information before you place your order. By placing your order on JewelryByNET.com you agree that you have read the product details and agree to our return policy, technical specifications, delivery schedule and website terms and agreement.

List your Order Number and the product you want to return. Items may be returned within
30 days of the date of shipment but you must request an RMA within 7 days of
shipment. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Packages with no JewelryByNet return authorization number clearly labeled on the outside of the box will be refused
upon receipt. Upon receiving your return, the item will be inspected by our Quality Assurance department.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed within 30 days.
All piercing items including pierced earrings and body jewelry items are NOT returnable due to obvious health reasons. All custom made & personalized jewelry items and custom sized
rings and engagement rings are NOT returnable and considered a final sale. Mouth Jewelry / Grills are not returnable due to health reasons. All Clearance items are NOT returnable and considered a final sale. Other products not listed here may be subject to being a Final Sale and Not Returnable. These products will have the return policy information displayed in the description section of the product page so that there is no
misunderstanding that the product is not eligible for return.
All jewelry sold by JewelryByNet goes through many levels of quality control
to insure your satisfaction. We suggest you purchase independent insurance
for your jewelry if it is of a substantial value to merit it. Due to the
sometimes unavoidable accidents that may happen, you may accidentally hit
your jewelry against something or get your jewelry caught, and lose a stone.
We cannot replace a lost stone. We do not repair jewelry.
In the event that a JewelryByNet.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, JewelryByNet.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. JewelryByNet.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, JewelryByNet.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
JewelryByNet.com is not responsible for any Typographical Error through out the website. If you notice an error, please email customer service and we will correct it.
By placing an order on the JewelryByNET.com website, you agree that you have read and agree to the JewelryByNET.com Return Policy, have read the product description, technical details including item size, weight, stone type and specifications, on personalized items have confirmed that the personalization of the item you have purchased is correct, the product images are not actual size, and that custom items are a final sale and not returnable.
At JewelryByNet, we make every attempt to ensure that our product descriptions are
as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity
to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or
smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer
monitor is set differently, color and size may vary. Before placing your order please read the product descriptions and the technical details with the actual product information such as item size and weight. This information is displayed so that you know the actual size of the product before you purchase it. If the product dimensions are not listed, please contact
customer service here and we will email the specifications to you. Failure of reading the product descriptions or the technical specifications of the item purchased will not be considered when trying to return the item and an RMA will not be issued. Stating that the item is smaller than your expectations is not a valid return reason due to the fact that the size of the item is displayed on the product page and by placing your order to purchase the item you
agree that you have read and are aware of the size and other technical specifications of the item.

Items must be returned within
30 days (of the date your order was shipped from our distribution center) for a refund. Packages must be postmarked within the 30 day period.

For security reasons, please do not write JewelryByNet on the outside of the box; JBN is sufficient.
It is strongly suggested that you ship your return item with a delivery confirmation, signature required method that includes a tracking number for your benefit. JewelryByNet is not responsible if your package gets lost in shipment.
You must include the return portion of the original packing slip. Be certain to save copies for your records.
Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.
If your item was shipped to you with your selection of Free Shipping, a minimum $10.00 charge will be subtracted from the refund. If the free shipping method used is insured and or overnight/next day/2-3 day, A fee up to $200.00 may be deducted from the refund.
A minimum of 20% will be charged for all returns. This covers expenses incurred for item inspection and re-stocking. This fee will be determined on a case by case basis at our discretion.
Refused, returned or cancelled shipments that are not and/or will not be accepted by the customer for any reason are subject to a 30% restocking/cancellation fee plus the cost of the shipping and return shipping if applicable.
Additional fees may be charged if the item has been opened from the original packaging and shows any sign of wear, blemishes, scratches or handling. This covers expenses incurred for item cleaning and re-polishing.
Comparison Purchasing - To keep our prices low, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of buying several of the same item, keeping the one you like best, and then returning the remainder.
Fraudulent Use - The act of purchasing an item solely for the purpose of wearing
it for an event, then returning the item. This causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and can be very costly. Please note - we will not tolerate this, and we will NOT accept the return, nor issue an RMA or a refund.

Check Your Email
- Returned merchandise will be inspected by the Quality Assurance department. You can expect an email notification regarding your return or exchange within five business days. Your refund will be completed within 30 days after receiving your returned item.
