JewelryByNet.com will NOT charge any customer with Hidden fees on their order. All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed to you after you have entered your shipping information and selected correct shipping method. If the shipping fee did NOT display, please review your information again or contact us after you have placed your order completely.

You will not be billed until your order is shipped.

In order for our system to display the accurate shipping fee, please be sure to enter the correct information in the fields. Otherwise, your order will be delayed for verification and modification. Please review the confirmation of your order, and inform us of any mistakes as soon as possible to us to speed up the process on your order.
 
All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within one to five business days only to those orders that products are in our warehouse only. We get shipments from our factories on a daily basis, therefore your shipment may be delayed by an additional one to five business days if your item is not in our warehouse when you place your order.

Free Shipping:

JewelryByNet offers free shipping on all domestic U.S. orders over $49.00. This excludes certain items that require special packaging. Our free shipping method is standard USPS uninsured shipping, and may take anywhere from 5-14 days from the time your package leaves our warehouse to the time it arrives at your door. (Depending on your location, your delivery time may be significantly less!) Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for delays in transit, but we do our best to work with our customers and our carriers to ensure rapid and secure delivery.

At this time, we cannot offer free shipping to international orders, but we are working hard to offer this feature in the near future!

Shipping Methods In The USA:

JewelryByNet.com uses several different flat rate shipping methods at our discretion based on cost and value to ensure safe delivery of your jewelry items to you. These include UPS and USPS. Orders with Standard Shipping selected will be shipped by the least expensive method JewelryByNet chooses and delivery time may vary by location. Delivery time for these orders is not controlled by JewelryByNet.

We DO NOT accept customer’s own shipping/trucking (Federal Express, DHL/Airborne, UPS or any other company) as shipping services for any order.

Shipping Transit Time depends on your delivery location. All shipping fees will be calculated based on the least expensive Rate including handling and insurance fees.

All shipping charges quoted in the USA and displayed in your shopping cart are based on the 48 states of the Continental USA ONLY.

For HI, AK, PR, VI, APO, FPO, GU, MP customers, we use United States Postal Service (USPS) for Ground Shipping, which is considered USPS Priority Mail. Your shipping fee will be manually calculated on USPS Terminal Rates and emailed to you for your confirmation before shipping. Please note that we will NOT release your order until we have received your confirmation.

APO/FPO will take 2-3 business days for processing of your order from the day you have confirmed shipping cost. Delivery date may take 2-4 weeks.

All orders placed after 12:00PM EST will be treated as the next business day's order. We do not process orders during weekends; all orders that are placed between 12:00pm EST on Friday and 12:00pm EST on Monday will be treated as Monday's orders.
 
In order for us to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend that our customers use the same address for both shipping and billing. Otherwise, your order will be delayed for further verification.
 
Please note that shipping methods DO NOT ship to a P.O. Box, so do not use a P.O. Box as a shipping address. If your billing is a P.O. Box, Please provide us a Physical Address for shipping.

JewelryByNet requires an adult signature on any package over $200.00 value.

For international orders, we will contact you via email or phone to confirm the shipping and handling charge.

We ACCEPT all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards. We also accept Wire Transfer and Paypal.

We do NOT accept any International Credit Cards for Domestic orders.

After your order has been confirmed, we will contact you with the exact shipping and handling fee before your order is processed and shipped.

For first time customers ONLY:

If you select to pay with any major credit cards, shipping fees will be calculated and emailed to you. We may ask you to email us the copy of the front and back sides of your credit card to payments@jewelrybynet.com or fax us at 646-216-8507, so be sure to provide us your order # together on your email/fax. While submitting a copy of your credit card, please confirm the shipping before we process your order.

Wire Transfer customers, please email to payments@jewelrybynet.com or contact us at 888-403-6869 for bank information to wire money prior for shipping. For any amount of Wire Transfer, there will be a handling fee from $20.00 to $30.00 for the bank service charge added to your shipping fee which will be emailed to you later after your order has been confirmed.

If you Choose PAYPAL as your payment method, we will send you a PayPal payment request including the shipping and handling fee within 24 business hours.

For Credit Card Copy Information, Wire Transfer and Paypal customers, please note that if we do NOT receive any requested information or payment within 10 business days from the day your order has been confirmed, it will be automatically CANCELLED.

COUNTRY IMPORT RESTRICTIONS:

Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place the order.

If the order has arrived at your country on any of following reasons:

• Refusal of accepting the shipment
